Preparation for tile flooring installation
If you’re having tile or stone floors installed in your current home, take the following steps to ensure the job goes smoothly.
- Remove all belongings from the rooms in which carpet will be installed. This includes furniture, décor, electronics, wall hangings and the contents of closets.
- We may need to remove doors, so don’t leave anything hanging on any doors.
- Ensure that your pets are off-site or kept locked in a safe area to keep them from danger.
- Be prepared for your installation to stir up dust.
